Position: Part-Time Architects (Hourly Contract)

Location: Bethlehem, Remote (Hybrid)

Job Description:

As a part-time architect, you will collaborate with our experienced team on a range of architectural projects. Your role will include:

• Assisting in the design and development of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.

• Conducting site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design standards and regulations.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers and contractors, to coordinate project implementation.

• Utilizing architectural software and tools to create accurate and visually appealing designs.

• Providing innovative and practical design solutions while considering budgetary and time constraints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree preferred).

• Two years minimum of proven experience in architectural design and drafting

• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.

• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction materials is a plus.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

• Excellent English language speaking, writing, and reading.

Schedule and Compensation:

This position offers part-time, hourly contracts with the flexibility to work during and after regular business hours. The specific working hours can be negotiated based on individual availability and project requirements. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and discussed during the interview process.
